You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Scion Characteristics: Scions may vary in length and width, and may not be perfectly straight.

​

• Scion Packaging: Scions will be wrapped in moist media and placed in labeled bags.

​

• Scion Condition: Scions may exhibit discoloration or the presence of benevolent mold, which is not harmful.

​

• Dormancy: Unless the Dormant Acceptance box is checked, we will only select scions showing visible swelling buds.

​

• Invoice policy: Invoices are final once issued. No adjustments or changes will be made after receipt.

​

• Checklist Review Schedule: Scion availability is reviewed only on Sundays — please do not request otherwise.

​

• Large Quantity Deposit Policy:

  • For checklist submissions requesting 20 or more scions, a larger deposit is required. The deposit amount will be $1 per scion requested.

  • You will receive a payment request for the remaining balance of the initial deposit. A final invoice will be sent after the check has been conducted on Sunday.

  • This payment must be made before any availability check is conducted.

  • No exceptions will be made to this policy.

  • Failure to pay this deposit promptly will result in your checklist not being processed.

• Shipping Schedule: Scions are packed and shipped Monday through Thursday, only if payment is confirmed by 9:00 AM Eastern Time.

​

• Payment terms: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit for the submitted checklist.

​

• Availability and refunds: If *NONE* of the requested items are available, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

​

• Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of all requested varieties or specific quantities.

​

• Please make sure to check your email thoroughly (including spam) for the invoice, which is typically sent Sunday night or Monday morning. If you do not receive an invoice by Tuesday, please contact us directly by email at TropicalAcresFarms@gmail.com.
