IMPORTANT READ BEFORE Make your Grafting Request Order

We are only able to graft twice a year, Late Spring & Late Summer.

If we receive the order between after September 24th and before May 1st, The trees will be grafted in Spring & should be ready by the end of the year.
For orders made after May 01st and before of September 24th will be grafted in late Summer and should be ready in the Spring following year, May most likely.

Preorder: Graft Me a 1 Gallon Tree is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock.

We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow.
Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.
(Estimated time is 6 to 8 months. Some varieties take longer time to growth)

This variety, a seedling from Louisiana presumably derived from Hass, was originally sold to us under the name ?oo La La?, which was evidently later changed to ?Super Hass?.

The fruit is smallish, oval shaped and turns black as it nears maturity. It has a pale colored flesh and outstanding rich nut flavor, very similar to regular Hass but with perhaps larger fruit.

It matures in the fall here, September to November.

We?ve been impressed enough with the flavor to consider grafting more but want to see more production from Super Hass before we do.
