IMPORTANT READ BEFORE Make your Grafting Request Order

Spring Grafted Trees should be ready the following Fall. Deadline is May 01

Late Summer & Fall Grafted Trees should be ready the following Spring. Deadline is October 01

A Pre-Order Grafting Request is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock. We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow. Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.

Mabrouka is from Egypt, originating on an island in the Nile River and named by an Englishman named Fisher. The name translates to "Blessed".

The fruit are small, oval-ovate in shape with a beak at the bottom, turning yellow when ripe with some red blush at the top. The flesh is firm, yellow, with minimal fiber and has a mild Indian/West Indian-type flavor. It is comparable in flavor to Rosa or Extrema.

The tree has been vigorous, with spreading dense canopy. We planted Mabruka in 2017 for evaluation in our climate. It fruited for the first time in 2019 and bore a strong first crop. It has fruited to varying degrees each year since. It appears to be a mid-season mango in south Florida ripening primarily in July for us.
