IMPORTANT READ BEFORE Make your Grafting Request Order
We are only able to graft twice a year, Late Spring & Late Summer.
- If we receive the order between after September 24th and before May 1st, The trees will be grafted in Spring & should be ready by the end of the year.
- For orders made after May 01st and before of September 24th will be grafted in late Summer and should be ready in the Spring following year, May most likely.

We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow.Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.
(Estimated time is 6 to 8 months. Some varieties take longer time to growth)
This variety, a seedling from Louisiana presumably derived from Hass, was originally propagated under the name Oohlala, and was later grafted in the nursery trade under the name "Super Hass"
The fruit is smallish, oval shaped and turns black as it nears maturity. It has a pale colored flesh and outstanding rich nut flavor, very similar to regular Hass but with perhaps larger fruit.
It matures in the fall here, September to November.
We've had consistent problems with the fruit being unable to ripen properly. Those which do are very high quality and comparable to regular Hass, but only a minority ripen correctly most years.
