IMPORTANT READ BEFORE Make your Grafting Request Order
We are only able to graft twice a year, Late Spring & Late Summer.
- If we receive the order between after September 24th and before May 1st, The trees will be grafted in Spring & should be ready by the end of the year.
- For orders made after May 01st and before of September 24th will be grafted in late Summer and should be ready in the Spring following year, May most likely.
Preorder: Graft Me a 1 Gallon Tree is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock.
We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow.Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.
(Estimated time is 6 to 8 months. Some varieties take longer time to growth)
A selection from Gary Zill, this was a seedling of 'Julie', and 'Gary' may have been the pollen parent. It was briefly called 'Honey' many years ago but hasn't been propagated under that name.
Our top-work fruited for us in 2021 and 2022, but has.'t matured many fruit yet. The flavor is of very high quality, reminscent of both Julie and Gary with pronounced Coconut notes.
