Late Summer & Fall Grafted Trees should be ready the following Spring. Deadline is October 01
A Pre-Order Grafting Request is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock. We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow. Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.

We believe this mango is originally known as Jin Huang, and is actually from Taiwan. It is likely a cross between 'Ivory' and 'Keitt', producing enormous, very ornamental fruit. It has gone by multiple other names since being marketed commercially and introduced to other east Asian countries, including Golden Queen, Kiew Yai (in Thailand), and Cat Saigon.
They are oblong-sigmoid in shape, staying relatively green at maturity with some minimal pinkish blush at the top of sun exposed fruit in interior areas, while turning a more brilliant yellow/orange color towards the coast, weighing up to several pounds.
The flesh is firm, fiberless, and yellow. The flavor is good, of the Thai-class with typical seetness and floral and honey notes, but with perhaps a little more depth to it than something like Nam Doc Mai or Keow Savoy.
The trees are moderately vigorous growers with spreading dense canopy. The foliage resembles that of Keitt but the flowers have superior anthracnose resistance.
Previously we had grown this variety in Loxahatchee Groves until about 2017. We planted a small one in West Palm Beach in 2017 with budwood obtained from the Loxahatchee tree and later planted a second under the obtained name 'Cat Saigon'. It is late season in Florida maturing from August to September. Despite excellent anthracnose resistance, the fruit is very prone to mango bacterial black spot and rot fungi
