Return & Refund Policy

Tropical Acres Farms Does Not Accept Returns.

Tropical Acres Farms has a strict "No Refunds" policy. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • No Refunds are guaranteed.

 

  • If your package was damaged by the Postal Service, or somehow delayed, we will deal with that problem on an individual basis. We DO NOT guarantee that we will be able to reimburse or refund you, but we will do our best to happily remedy the situation.

 

  • All contents of the box help us further assess any possible damage. Please be aware that we cannot control damage caused to the fruit while it is in transit. We do our best to prevent it by protecting the fruit and hand-picking the best quality fruits to ship.

 

  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Should the product you have purchased from Tropical Acres Farms be faulty, damaged, inedible, or defective, we will evaluate the damages and work towards a solution. Ideally, we will reimburse or partially reimburse the order for store credit or issue a partial refund of the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product, however, Reimbursement is not guaranteed and reimbursement is given under our discretion.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid order number, send us pictures by email to tropicalacresfarms@gmail.com (You must take pictures of the fruit for quality propose the same day you receive your box)  and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. A  staff member will handle your request, evaluate the damage or situation, and finally deny or approve a total refund or partial refund.

Tropical Acres Farms Inc. reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

Substitutions

We make every effort to ensure that the fruit we feature on our site is in season and available. However some of our mangoes have a shorter season, and sometimes it is not possible. For optimal freshness and quality, or due to seasonality, Tropical Acres Farms reserves the right to substitute certain items of equal or higher value and appearance. Our customer service department will contact you if a major substitution is necessary.

Shipping Trees

All tree sales are final and not refundable.

Tropical Acres Farms Only Accept Returns on the trees by specific cases.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1010 Camellia Rd, West Palm Beach, FL. 33405

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Cancellation & Restocking  Fee

Restocking Fees after Ready for Pickup or Shipment Communication

For Order canceling after Ready for pickup or shipment communication, Tropical Acres Farms will be applying a restocking fee of 10% of total of the order. No Exceptions.

All Graft Requests are subject to 10% restocking fee, per cancellation or changes once the order has been grafted. No Exceptions.

All our orders are  subject to 3.5% restocking fee, per cancellation once the order has been made to cover transaction fees. No Exceptions.

Except as expressly set forth herein, Buyer may not return any goods without Seller’s written consent. All returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge a of the total cost of the product returned to the facilities,  which may change from time to time. Contact Seller to determine the exact amount. If the goods are specially ordered by the Buyer, and cannot be returned to the manufacturer, Seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods.

Storage Charges

If you are not available to pick-up your order after we sent you three notifications,  your order could be subject to carries storage charges of $2 weekly. (We provide shipping service upon request and additional charges will be apply)
