A grafting request is an order for us to produce the specific tree that we don't currently have available in stock. We must graft the tree and then it must go through a multi-month process to heal and grow. Only Once the small tree has completed two flushes of growth since it was grafted do we consider it ready to leave our nursery.

Hodson is an old Florida mango from the Miami area.
Its a small round fruit with brilliant red color. Hodson is among the most beautiful mangos we grow.
When we fruited it in Loxahatchee, The flesh was mealy and very mild in flavor. A small tree was planted in West Palm Beach in 2017. That tree has fruited consistently since 2019 and has produced better quality fruit, in the classic group similar in flavor to Irwin. The seed is monoembryonic.
The tree has also been very much dwarf-like in its growth habit. It is an early to mid-season mango for us ripening in June and July.
